Our winters are long, and the snow is deep in Caribou, Maine, perfect for this four-day festival featuring a SnoCross Race, a Rave X Motorsports freestyle show, trail riding along the US-Canada border, a Poker Run with a $2500 cash prize, and so much more. BUILD A SNOWMAN CONTEST

February 17th - March 4th

A community-wide snowman contest! Compete to create the best snowman—business and homeowner class with prizes. Register and pick up your sign at the Caribou Rec Center.

Send your photos to our Facebook page—images will be posted and contest winners announced on Saturday, March 4th.

THURSDAY, MARCH 2

KICK OFF PARTY

6 pm to 9 pm at Evergreen Lanes

Invited sponsors and guests get together at Evergreen Lanes Thursday, March 2nd for pizza and beverages.

FRIDAY, MARCH 3

HISTORIC TOUR & MEAL

10 am to 3 pm at Caribou Park & Ride

Join us for a guided tour led by Brian’s Ride at the former Loring Air Force Base, along with a hot dog roast and chicken stew on the border trail to Van Buren and back.

RESTAURANT/BAR CRAWL & CASINO NIGHT

5 pm to 9 pm at Caribou restaurants

Casino Night from 7 pm - 9 pm at the Caribou Rec Center

Tour local restaurants and participate in Casino Night.

SNOCROSS RACE

9 am to 3 pm at Spud Speedway

Enjoy a fun-filled two-day event watching snocross racing with vendors on-site at Spud Speedway on Saturday and Sunday.

9 am to 1 pm at Spud Speedway

Join us to see local snowmobile club groomers compete in an obstacle course for the area title.

MONSTER TRUCK MOOSE MAINE-IAH

9 am to 2 pm at Spud Speedway

Enjoy FREE monster truck rides during the Snocross racing event! Don’t miss your chance to ride on Moose Maine-iah!

SLEDABRATION

4 pm to 9:30 pm at the Caribou Rec Center

Vintage snowmobile show, bouncy houses, ice skating, music, vendor displays, food trucks, beer garden, fireworks, parade, and Rave X freestyle stunt show.

RAVE X STUNT SHOW

During the Sledabration at the Caribou Rec Center

POKER RUN

8 am to 2 pm at Spud Speedway

$25 per card with start and finish at Spud Speedway. Ride or drive to local snowmobile clubhouses to help raise money for our trail systems and have a chance to win a prize! 1st prize $2500, 2nd prize $1000, and 3rd prize $500
